Poor recruiting, strange line-up and game decisions...will Sealy endure it

I am definitely no fan of Sealy but his recruiting is definitely getting better. His 2016 class is definitely his best by a wide margin. Van Winden and Miller should be top 15 players and Gates seems to be much improved. Not getting Hart is disappointing but landing Mosser especially from Minnesota is huge.
this guy can coach but his recruiting had been terrible for the past few years. With some good players on the roster, he can definitely "endure" but a NC seems unlikely unless he starts getting some top 5 talents

He seems to be gaining momentum with recruiting though, which is great for UCLA and the Pac-12.

That year was not a true indicator of anything, just happened to get hot at the absolutely perfect time.

Bubble team to make the tournament this year. Back to Top 10/15 for 2016 and beyond.
Sather's hire was criticized a bit, but has anyone noticed a big uptick in recruiting thereafter?

Poor recruiting, strange line-up and game decisions...will Sealy endure it I spoke to one of their recent players and I got a very clear "no" answer. They do not put the time into recruits, even when they get them to campus, that everybody else is putting in.

2015 will be a really hard year. Losing Lowe means they lose half the offense. I don't know if they'll make the tournament. Too many up and coming teams in the PAC 12. They have some good players like Felix, Lawless, Dreyer and Buechler. I think they actually lose more than USC at this point

The big question mark will be what UCLA's hitters can do. The defense will be there with Formico, Drolson, and Inouye all returning. How will Jordan Anderson do? Who will step up as OH2? Who is going to fill in on the right side? Will be there be another middle to step up to help Felix? How will Muno do as the setter?

I think UCLA with the lineup of OH: Reilly OH: Anderson MB: Felix MB: Dreyer Opp: Carmona S: Muno L: Formico I think they will have to spread the offense out a lot more, but will be able to rely on Felix and Anderson as go-to hitters!

It's gotten better, but not that much. Hard to say what influence Sather has had yet. Only got the kid from Forza1 because other schools screwed up.

I don't think UCLA will be all that relevant next year. They can't replace Karsta Lowe. To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if UCLA returns to what it was 2 years ago for next year. After 2015, I see improvement.
Also is UCLA probably gonna run the 6-2 again? I have not really seen Muno play. Is she ready to be the starting setter in a 5-1?

I am worried about three of the starting positions. M2, opposite and setter. Dryer looked a little on the slow side, Carmona is a giant downgrade from Lowe, and I'm not sold on Muno as a setter in the Pac12.

Hard to believe they have been the only PAC school to win a national title last 10 years . . .

Poulter was considering UCLA and I think is she had chosen UCLA I think this team would definitely be relevant.
