Maybe it's the other way around that our men find the russian girls hot They are usually married to coaches or other vb players... Well some of these girls get married in order to obtain citizenship and then get divorced quietly. Hanikoglu and Kilic are not such cases though... Oh, I see: Turkish guys don’t mind to be used because they think Russian girls are hot Since you mentioned Kilic and because her future participation in Russian NT has been discussed in this thread here's an interesting link: www.neslihandemir.info/letter.htmSounds like a naïve fan’s letter but Uralochka response (if authentic) is in typical Russian style.

Yep I saw that. I asked my friend in Russia about it, he says it's authentic but at the time tought Nadia Karpol (the clubs PR person) was being diplomatic. He then told me that he's been hearing very strong rumors about her return to NT of Russia. Last year there was a lot of talk, both on her part and on our Fed's, that she was going to play for Turkey when she became eligible; but there has been no mention of this recently which leads me to believe she will either not play NT at all anymore or play for Russia. On a totally different tangent, Jerry Estes, Nadia's husband and a former coach with Team USA, went to Switzerland as Asst coach to the team Plotnikova is playing for.

When one uses the word “stupid” in an open letter to unknown person – that should be kind of “Russian diplomacy”. It looks like Uralochka connections are everywhere. I know for instance one of their high administrative officers daughter came here some years ago, played college ball, married a local guy and settled in the US

Yep the Russian connection is everywhere. Nadia Karpol also played college tennis somewhere in the US I believe....

Nadia played tennis at the University of Louisville, and she married the old assistant at Long Beach St. He coaches for one of Karpol's pro teams.

He, Jerry Estes, is listed as the Trainer for the russian team in int'l tourneys and is currently an asst at the Swiss team Plotnikova plays for. He coached uralochka's third team last year...

believe me Nadia did not write that. first of all she would never answer to crap like that, she knows better than that, secondly i just asked her myself. and she is not a pr person for them. uralochka does not have PR for god sakes. karpol would have PR over his dead body. she does not even live in Russia these days. who in the world gave you this info that it was her?
