i think Pitt vs Michigan is going to be a war. It was a good battle. Wolverines took some punches from the Panthers but won the tough points to take the match. Never fair to compare like opponents and scores, but I do believe this was the same result that Nebraska had with them. One more weekend of solid tests for B1G teams and then the haymakers will be out in force for 10 weeks. It will be interesting to see who can stand tall to meet the challenges. By the way, Pittsburgh should do some damage in the ACC.

The big teams are all doing their own thing right now. When they start getting together the boards will get very busy. Hahahah

Purdue trailing Miami (FL) 2 sets to 1 and behind 18-24 in the 4th. Score 8 consecutive points to tie the game. In 5th set, Purdue up 13-11 lose 4 points in a row to lose.

Iowa takes down #25 Texas A&M in 4! (25-23, 20-25, 25-22, 25-22) Four in double digit kills. Looking good, HAWKS!!

There you go. Iowa looks like they are to be taken seriously. You could see hints of it last year.
B1G has had a few losses today at the bottom end. Maryland finally lost to GWU. Beat Navy though. Rutgers lost twice, to Albany and Yale
Other than Purdue, we have a lot of wins for the B1G.

Rutgers lost twice, to Albany and Yale Other than Purdue, we have a lot of wins for the B1G. If I knew how to create a poll I would have. How many sets does Rutgers win in Conference this year? And at the other end of the spectrum, how many matches does the B1G champion lose in league play in 2015? My answer is 3 to both questions!

I'll go with 4

Michigan loses (well, that's an understatement) first match of the season at UNC.
