It worked out OK for Washington. There are so many techniques that have influenced the women's game that posters like n00b just think of them as volleyball. It's ignorant to suggest that the concepts Keller is talking about might not directly translate to the women's game (other schools are already using them) and then cite Northwestern as some kind of model for the failure of men's concepts in the women's game. Northwestern is the most recent direct example of a program plucking a successful men’s coach and installing them in a women’s program. Am I missing others?

Don't go trying to "diffuse" things again.

USC women have run a bic alot more than most programs since 2017, no!

Can you explain the pop/float thing with the pop/mid and float/bic? I couldn’t follow. The BR attack is either fixed or floating (connected to the setter) depending on the pass. Correct!! If u take a look at BEACH men’s championship vs Hawaii in 2019 is a great example. Both Josh and Worsely ran that type of offense, more so Josh Tuiniga.

Can you explain the pop/float thing with the pop/mid and float/bic? I couldn’t follow. I was also wondering the same. I found this older thread from the men’s/boy’s board that might help, but doesn’t answer everything. volleytalk.proboards.com/thread/32288my understanding: float - MB starts wide, but jumps toward and floats to the setter (MB floats to their right) pop - MB starts tight to setter, but jumps away and pops away from setter (MB pops to their left) bic - usually 6' or so to the left of the setter mid - tight with the setter float/bic = MB floats toward the setter, bic working away from the setter pop/mid = MB pops away from the setter, mid stays tight to the setter you can think of these combinations like a fork in the road, one attacker goes left - one goes right and the opponent's MB has to guess or read very quickly, let alone get to the pins if the setter goes elsewhere.

The USC ig page started following Peyman Yardimci she’s from Turkey class of 21. She’s a 6 foot lefty. I saw a video of her playing and I really like her.

Here's a link to the highlight reel She's currently playing in Turkey's second division of their professional league (Adora Anae and Khat Bell are in the same league)
