I don't follow the high school circuit for beach, but was pretty impressed with the young talent while watching NCAAs this past weekend. Anyone know the top recruits for the c/o 2016 and where they are headed?

From the Puget Sound Region we have a few who have earned the right to compete for a spot at the next level.
Cyrene Hertzog- Hawaii Deahna Kraft- Pepperdine Kat Anderson- Stanford Jessica Clark- Grand Canyon
Those are the athletes that I know of who are sand specific this year. I know that there are some who are going to play both beach and indoor as well.

I think the 2016's who will have the biggest immediate impact are (in no order) Dennis (USC), Plummer (indoor schollie Stanford), Van Winden (indoor schollie UCLA) and Martin (Hawai'i). Followed by Savvy Simo (UCLA), Cami Dorn (USC), Lainy Thomas (USC). I'm sure there are others, but those are the names that immediately come to mind.

Don't follow much high school or junior beach also, but, out of the great state of Florida is Kaylie McHugh headed to Tulane. Not only for Beach but she will also play Indoors as a Libero. She may be on the small side but she's a stud, can outright ball and read the game and a great range of moving the ball around as an attacker for her age. As a 17 yo she dominated the 18's beach circuit in FL. Great volleyball family. She's the youngest with 3 older brothers who all played. Mom was a pretty good player in her day and dad Jim was a stud. Jim gives of himself so so much to anybody who wants to be better in South Florida. Great trainer and focuses on the fundamentals. She will definitely help Tulane in both the Beach and Indoor. Congrats to Jim at Tulane, this is a good one, your going to love her court presence. It is really fun too watch her hit indoors, she's small but she is so crafty, far ahead of many american kids her age. She will probably play Libero but those who know her and have seen her play would not be surprised if she is on the front row attacking sometimes.

I also think Neal will have an impact at TCU.
