Matt Lauer from the today show was there this morning and broadcasting, not sure if it was live.
The facility was not complete. You could hear work being done (whenever it was filmed) and he mentioned that it was not complete.
Also, it is so close to the ocean that during some high tides, the water comes into the stadium.
