My take, KK starts his GP Brazil six with standard double sub and CT as a serving sub. He stays with this for the first two sets. In the third set it is Dietzen for Foluke, Krob for Hill, Carli for Glass, and Lowe for Murphy with no rotations and Hill as serving sub. Solid performances across the board with a big push from the double sub. Top scorers Larson, Lowe, and Hill in that order. USA wins 3-0. No new celebration routines by CT until the next match against The Netherlands. A happy match with a lot of patriotic Kumbaya to get the USA off to a fan pleasing start.

My guess is that he'll start the same players from the GP Finals and use the same substitution pattern: Robinson for Hill, Lowe for Glass, Lloyd for Murphy.

USA played a friendly vs. Italy today and won all 4 sets.

We need a separate Olympic thing.
