I live in the Central time zone and have been able to access every event in every sport either through their TV outlets, on my computer at NBCsports.com or through the NBC Sports app on Apple TV. But I have heard from people on the West Coast that they've been blocked at watching earlier volleyball live, even on the computer or app, both beach and indoor. Even the Kerri/April beach match, as late as it started, was delayed on West Coast NBC. Feedback? Thanks.

What I saw yesterday is that all the livestreaming has been available live except for a handful of events that were held for primetime. The main problem is that all the stuff that was aired live on the east coast (and I guess central too) on NBC was cut off streamwise for the mountain/PST zones. That 3 hour block was then aired on tape delay.
So I wasn't able to stream swimming or beach on the west coast live, because the intent was to force people to watch the NBC broadcast on tape delay (for the eyeballs and cash)

Prime-time NBC is being delayed (Pacific and Mountain time zones). The Opening Ceremonies were delayed one hour on the east coast, and four hours on the west coast. I'm not sure about the other NBC channels.
All events are "screened live" at nbcolympics.com, according to NBC.

I just hope I'll be able to watch (live or replay) online the events I like. The events that I like to watch are both beach and indoor Volleyball, Gymnastics, Swimming and Diving.

Boycott NBC Prime Time - watch CBC (see the "Watching the Olympics" thread for how).
