I got that, but how's is Italy violation? Only thing I can guess is that it was the Italian player that hit net so violation on him. The incidental contact wasn't violation No violation in the incidental contact. That was a weird play. One of the weirdest I've seen in volleyball. |

Italy is getting their Silver medals. Getting cheers from the Brazilian crowd. Ivan even shaved! Nice! Brazilian crowd chanting "Italia, Italia" Was heartwarming to see Sergio receive his 2nd gold medal. He just bowed down and cried. Truly a legend of the sport. |

Raising Murilo's jersey. I love that.
Sad not to see Murilo in this team. He will go down as one of the best Brazilian volleyball players to not win an Olympic Gold medal.

Italy must feel cursed. Silver again. Their passing and setting broke down at crucial times. They could not handle the tremendous and constant pressure from Brazil who played an excellent match.

Cool to see Sergio finish out his career with a gold on his home soil. That had to have stung last Olympics when they served for the match twice in set 3 and then going on to lose in 5.
