I saw that as well. Because the camera angle didn't show her feet, I assumed that she had mis-stepped during the toss and made up for it with a quick catch and toss.
On the live stream, I repeatedly heard a distinct whistle sound shortly after the serve receive. I tuned it out after hearing it a few times, so don't know if it had anything to do with this particular play.
