However, Illusions bring delusions... Yet.... I don't think last season's Gaucho loss at Idaho is either an illusion, or a delusion. GO VANDALS ‘04!!

Dreaming, and keeping a hold on your dreams is always a good thing, don't you think? Hehe! Actually, I think you'll have to enlighten me a little more about keeping on dreaming... You've had to do it for two+ years during this Long Beach decline from power...

However, Illusions bring delusions... Do you have scientific proof of this?

Hehe! Actually, I think you'll have to enlighten me a little more about keeping on dreaming... You've had to do it for two+ years during this Long Beach decline from power... We could decline completely off the radar screen and we wouldn't be any worse than Idaho.....UH will find out what decline is all about this year as they do their rebuild! This isn't a knock on them, just a fact.....no one can predict injuries, no one, but when they happen they can be very costly......If I were you I would hope that injuries don't hit your belived Wahine this year or they could find themselves about where LBS was last year!

Does anyone think Stevie Mussie will step it up this year at Pacific? I see promise in her. I liked watching her play last year. How will Pacific do this year?

After watching them play last year, I thought "slow slow slow!!!!". Their passing and defense was horrible. Kara Uhl will be a great help in that category for them.

Not too change focus from the Big West, but I really think that the Wahine are deep this year, too. What I love about UH is that noone knows just how good they'll be! I really do like the talent they have on the roster.

Sow what's your illusion? I have neither illusion, nor delusion, in my support of the Vandal program. Only a delusional person would not recognize the steady progress the Vandal program has made since Debbie Buchanan and Ken Murphy have taken over. GO VANDALS '04!!

After watching them play last year, I thought "slow slow slow!!!!". Their passing and defense was horrible. Kara Uhl will be a great help in that category for them. I think that Uhl gets a lot out of her god given talents, but she is undersized. She also has a chronic back problem that could hamper her at this level. I hope that it doesn't but D1 at this level is a whole helluva lot tougher than HS was!

I was thinking her back row play will be what she will add for them. Not undersized for that. Correct, coming out of Brian and Joy's systems has made her a very skilled player!

Quit making excuses for the Beach sucking last year, and the year before. The word "suck" may take on new meaning for you folks before this year is over.....you're just damned lucky that your conference is among the worst in the country!
