With Hill and Sato transferring out, I believe that only leaves 6 returning players for the upcoming season.

South Carolina or Southern California?? Southern California. She was tagged in a tweet with stats from their game today and is from SoCal. That's too bad for LSU. Many were predicting this would be a much better year than last year.

But Welsch barely played and the two middles that were starting at the end of the season are returning for LSU. I wonder if the other cali kid Stokes will stick it out over there though.

Accrding to teammate, Stokes doesn't live in Cali anymore. I believe family has relocated to Atlanta and her sister, who was a star at UF, is there as well. Don't see this as a team wide epedimic.

Agree. No reason to make Cook a bad guy on this one. Probably went something like this: Cook: you aren't going to play next year and you may have more opp on the T&F team or another school. I'll help with that transition and I'm awarding you a schollie for the spring!!! Player: Awesome, thanks! I seem to recall a lot of Husker insiders noting Reeves was recruited on a 2x2 deal, so moving to the track team for two years would probably hurt because track athletes rarely get full rides (and have to be pretty elite to do so) I asked about this. Per Tiani, it was contingent on her working into the regular rotation per agreement with Cook when he recruited her. She wanted that assurance since she had offers for track but wanted to give volleyball a shot. Last fall she realized that it wasn't likely to happen and she also missed track. She talked to the track coaches and Cook about a possible move. Track offered her a partial scholarship starting in the fall so she decided to make the switch.

Starkville is much more of a pasture than a bayou, but your point is valid.

Blossom Sato - 5'9" Jr Setter - Mississippi State to Pepperdine Huh. I imagine Liane's gotta be happy now that she only has a 20 minute drive to watch Blossom play.
