Oregon State is traveling and training in Europe. How often can teams travel in the pre-season? I know WSU traveled two years ago to Europe. Do all teams travel to Europe or are their other destinations such a Brazil?

I believe they can travel once every 4 years.
Nebraska went to China the summer before the title.

Going to Europe in the pre-season is a crap shoot. It is debatable whether or not it is better for the players or not. When they go and travel and play they do not get the reps that they would get if they were home training everyday. Also you run the risk of injury and don't have the same ability to treat the injury as you would at home. If I remember right last year Michigan took a trip in their pre-season and had a player get hurt. It delayed her return to the lineup.
