Looking for help, finding diagrams,pictures, or videos, on legal body position techniques. After reviewing official rules etc still haven't found
a complete definition of all the legal methods for contacting, receiving,hitting, etc. My goal is to help beginning players sort out the variety
of explanations of the rules of beach volleyball in contacting the ball.
Played Doubles for 25 Years, and do try to stay current. Any help with resources is appreciated.
