Kelly Bowman will be big for Minnesota this year. But Taatjes is also going to surprise some people with how well she works in a 6-2. She's very underrated. Last 5 years as a starter? 3 State Championships, a BIg10 Championship and a Final Four appearance.

Cal's surprise player will be MB Camille Leffall. She hasn't exactly been under the radar, but injuries have kept her from being a star. She's also got the best hair in the Pac-10. ;D

This thread is for anyone who you feel will have a surprising impact for their teams. Purdue-Ukovich Surprising to whom? Considering that she was among the best players on the team last year, and a big key to the success they had (which was little after she got hurt), the only thing that would surprise me is if she wasn't the best player on the team this year. Last year she had a surprising impact on the team. This year, it is expected.
