but in 2000, did Misty and Holly play that over on 2 offense?

Holly's been playing that (at least) since Reno and Arce, because they just serve her all the time and make her hit the 3rd ball (another thing I have against Beach VB).
Probably didn't do it as much with Misty, since she was hurt and not that big of a hitter anyhow. It was a fairly unbalanced team--they are both better off with a bigger partner.
