So it sounds like Hittle is the only one that will not redshirt. Keefe sounds like she still needs some recovery time, which will be good for her. It would be a shame to see an athlete hurt her career due to an injury. And from the middle position, there is enough depth that Thomas doesn't really sound needed. With 4 other middles that know the system, she would need to make a huge showing in practice to even be considered.

I really don't expect Thomas to redshirt. I could be wrong though.

I could see 5 players splitting most of the time at the three OH spots -- Arnott, Boogaard, Hittle, Prince and Fotu. And I could see 4 players -- Eckmier, Sanders, Gregory and Thomas -- splitting the two MB positions.

If Thomas doesn't redshirt, doesn't that make 5 middles on the active roster, if and when Prince concentrates on the middle position?
I thought Cayley Thurlby will also be competing for the opposite position? I really wanna see her bang the ball.
