Well, I just gave her a brief history via PM and her response was “Well, I hope there was no %*$# grabbing too or else I really made a blunder.” So she (they, it?) is a classless kunt. Hey, Gopher fans...I missed this match, and am shocked...but wanted to say: What an amazing team, great coach and brilliant setter you have! Congratulations on a great season, all the team’s awards, the Big Ten title and your outstanding overall program. Sorry they won’t be competing next weekend, but that’s an amazing team nonetheless. Chins up...you should be very proud.

Big clue... HALF (i.e. two of the four) the "Ms" emblems were still visible last night, and presumably will be visible tonight as well. Okay... Since I don't know whether they'll last to next season, depending on how the VPC progresses... The location of the "Ms" emblems... Drum roll please... ... Is the balcony railing at the elevator platform (second floor) overlooking the Pav arena. If you want to be pedantic, there are actually eight of them, but only four face out onto the Pav floor. The others are visible from the platform looking out onto the Pav floor (i.e. They're on both sides of the railing). The platform is (one of) the location for cameras when the matches are broadcast. Currently, the middle two are covered by a banner, but the ones at either end of the balcony are still visible. |

As a volleyball fan first and foremost, my hats off to you, Gopher fans. I know it's not how you wanted it to end, but this was an incredible season. The emergence of Taylor Morgan, the steadiness of McGraw, the beat-the-odds performances by Rollins, and there's not enough you can say about Samedy. I've enjoyed watching the Gophers beat the odds time and again. 19-1 in the B1G? That's hard to do in this day and age.
I've personally enjoyed everything that SSS has done for 4 years. I know a lot of setters get credit for all that they do, but SSS was a true gem. Class act. Never looked flustered. Never missed an opportunity to better the ball. Great server. Worked hard as a blocker despite her size. To me, she was probably her own team's biggest cheerleader. Always supporting her teammates through every adversity and win.
It's probably hard to look at it this way right now but the future is still bright! Looking forward to meeting this squad in B1G play next year!
