Ok people are the EXACT Sports volleyball camps worth while? They claim that they have 25 college coach at each camp and then they canceled two of their Cal camps.

I’m so glad you asked this question! I recently got invited to an exact camp and my parents and I can’t really see why this camp is worth it or not. On paper it looks good as would any camp but I can’t find any alumni , testimonies or anyone who has been recruited by attending on of these camps. In addition to that the guaranteed 25 college coaches camp is expensive! The Chicago 25 camp is nearly 1,000 for just one day ! I need feedback and opinions on this as well.

I would suggest that amount of money is not worth it. That could have much better value and go much further with private lessons from a college coach.

They are trying to break into volleyball as a market. Mixed reviews from those I know who have attended and worked the camps, more negative than positive (per the coaches, they pay well, but that's the only really positive thing I have heard). Per the athletes that have attended, less than impressed with the coaches in attendance, lack of communication on who will be there, and marginal organization.

For what it is worth our recruiting coordinator's opinion on their showcase invite...
"If you want to go to a showcase that weekend I can recommend other showcases".
Great marketing but expensive and she is not sure of their results.

A "certified" youth sports coach, once a big wig with Unilever, is looking to break into the very lucrative youth sports gig.

This definitely sounds like a money grab. The only reason college coaches are probably there is because they area getting paid, if you want to get recruited, go to some college camps.

You could sign her up for two or three multi day university sponsored camps for that amount.

No camp is worth that much.
