Gibby back up QB’s transfer for playing time and no one faults them, why shouldn’t a VB player transfer for playing time too? It’s hard especially at some of these big schools, to never get to play when you were a stud in HS. Not everyone can be a role player and be ok with it. If you read, I said I have no problem with a player transferring for this reason. I took exception to the idea that there is “no reason” for a player to stay if they aren’t starting. There are reasons.

Davis wasn’t going to start. Sun is back next year and in 2021 Krause comes. I’m all for good players seeing the writing on the wall. We could use the depth but Capri could likely have a bigger impact on the court elsewhere and she deserves that shot

So is Capri Davis headed to Baylor? That’s what word on the street says! I heard she is considering several top programs. Hart and White are graduating and she could find her spot replacing those seniors. Wouldn't be surprised if she actually ended up at Texas knowing that their program has so much experience with 3-row outsides who can smash balls.

So is Capri Davis headed to Baylor? That’s what word on the street says! In light of the Nebraska/Baylor transfer history, I wonder if Nebraska would sign the release to allow her to play next season at Baylor? EDIT: Nevermind, I was thinking of Nebraska/LSU transfer history.

Fortunately more player friendly.

Fortunately more player friendly. Only the contact rules have changed. Schools can still try to prevent an athlete from using the one-time exception (subject to an appeal). Same as before.

Cook has come out too publicly against transfer restrictions to block her now and still maintain credibility.

The only possible road block would be an intraconference transfer. Then it would be up to the conference admins, but Cook still wouldn't provide an obstacles for her on his end.

If you are transferring because of playing time you better not transfer to a program who has at least as much talent as the program you’re leaving. You’d just be changing zip codes.

Should this thread be closed out since all the transfers are moving for the 2020 season.
