It is also public knowledge neither of these setters were highly recruited or big prospects in high school. One is undersized and the other just isn’t good enough. Penn State’s backup setter was the #28 senior ace of 2018. Is that not public knowledge? Felt like half of the Penn State fans here think Blossom should have been starting this year!

Illinois? Penn State? Minnesota? Cal? All could use a setter of Kylie's caliber next year. Mica Allison is rumored to transfer to Illinois. But yes penn state and Minnesota are in need they have no commits or bench players fully ready to set a top team. I would think Minnesota wouldn't be a preferred landing spot for Allison with Shaffmaster lined up for 2020. Seems like Minnesota just needs a 2019 bridge and Allison is way too good for a 1 year rental?
Illinois seems like such an obvious landing spot for her - anything else would seem to be a distant 2nd chance.

Blossom has the best hands I’ve ever seen on a setter. 2 years from now the best Big10 setter debate will be between Hames, Blossom & Allison IMHO. Allison is not going to Penn St. Note: I realize that great hands is not a requirement anymore as butchering is now common place and that this may decrease Blossom’s overall value.

Wasn't Parker a setter in high school and club? She was but I think her hitting ability is much more efficient than her setting ability.

She will be the starting setter next year and a verrry good one. Unless I’m reading this incorrectly, you’re uneducated.

I agree Allison is not going to Penn State( could she handle Russ as a coach) . She has a lot to prove with her next team her setting at Auburn wasn't that great, don't think she was even the best freshman setter in the SEC this year.

The players surrounding Allison weren’t THAT bad. If the assumption on here is that she’s a gem that will lead a Big Ten team to the final four, I really struggle to see that when she couldn’t lead her Auburn team to a .500 record in the SEC.

I mean... Auburn teams have the same history year after year. They are teams that kill themselves year after year. They make too many errors. They have talent, but don’t use it because they constantly kill themselves. Allison can control the errors she makes, but she can’t control their hitting errors (which are not caused by her setting), blocking errors, serving errors, receiving errors etc
