From the article:
HL: The very same! Or those yahoos from Minnesota.
RK: The ones that have to wear those hats with Gopher ears?
Hey, I have to keep my head warm!!!!! And, besides, it's a fashion statement.

The response to this line that I've always liked (and I can't recall where I heard it) goes something to the affect of: "What, waking up a dozen times wet and crying?" Ok, now someone will come on here and quote the precise line and where it came from, but not before mocking me for butchering it....oh well, I can live with that!

Same guy who told the one about wanting to die in his sleep like his grandfather--not kicking and screaming like the passengers in his car.
And it's "I slept like a baby--I woke up every 2 hours screaming bloody murder." You've added a little something to it there.
Finally, it's quality, not quantity. The untroubled sleep of the infant. I pine for the Fjords, so to speak.

Yep, that sounds familiar. I still think there's a version floating around out there somewhere that involved wetting yourself (as I'm told infants tend to do occasionally). Alas, of all the things I've lost, I think it's my mind I'll miss most...wait, what was I saying!?

Really Mumsie? I just came to get my 1,500th post. Hey, I know it's small, trivial and even meaningless compared to many on this board, but I'm presently trying to live for the smaller things! ;D
