Shouldn’t a good deal of these posts be on the ACC thread? Sure... but these matches directly affect the Heels ranking in the ACC standings. you You don’t see that on any other team threads with the exception of an occasional relevant result. Just saying I think it’s best posted on ACC thread.

Other than BC... UNC has the most favorable schedule down the stretch. Real opportunity to hold on to the 2nd spot in the standings. (And Miami has a chance to be a real spoiler as well)
Pitt = Duke, FSU, NCS, UL
UNC = FSU,Duke, WF, VT
ND = Miami, SU, UL, GT, Duke
GT = NCS, Clem, ND, Miami
FSU = UNC, Pitt, Duke, Miami
UL = SU, ND, Miami, Pitt
BC = WF, UVA, SU, NCS

Sydney Reed from Metro/Flint Hill (DS/L) and Kaya Merkler from Chapel Hill (OH/MH), State MVP of the 3a Championship. Not sure if they snagged anyone yet with Sophie's open scholarship.

Welcome Kaya.....I like Aristea....but I am 99 percent sure that next year we have a tandem of Howard and Merkler in the middle. Merkler is a very good athlete.

Soooooo I just got thrown for a loop......I though Mitrovich was leaving HS a year early but was not signing playing with us until 2021? I thought the NLI was for the next athletic year, meaning she would need to be enrolled? SO can she sign already or will she start play in 2020?

I think this means she is signing for 2019 - she will be done school as per the article and enrolling in the fall- I am guessing here.
