The fact that for the UA match we have future Badgers on both east and west teams shows our geographic reach is expanding!

Looks like east team is east of Ohio Valley (yes I know the river runs east/west but it's a good general marker.
Still hoping the Emma Whitehead/Dana Rettke pairing is the first picture taken! 18 inch difference.
I love it that we are getting recruits from mountain west...hope we can make some inroads in Colorado.

AAs are out! Huge congrats to all of our players! Just to make sure you know we're not ignoring you, these also got posted in the 2018 thread, where we responded some. Really love that Hilley made second team and especially that Duello made 3rd (and 1st all B1G).

To steer away from the trolling, as a reminder, three Badger futures are playing this Friday. Courtney Gorum and Anna MacDonald will be playing for Team East, and Izzy Ashburn took a long trip from the suburbs to play for Team West. 7 players will represent the Big Ten for Team East and five for Team West. I'm excited to see Gorum. She may be raw, but with some training in Madison, she could be a future offensive force. Special athlete.

And she’s one of only 2 MBs on her team, so she’s likely to play a lot. With Anna Mac on the team, let’s hope the passing is good enough that the setter can run the middles.

I'm going to have to catch a replay because we already have plans Friday night (may include a lot of booze if the Huskers lose Thursday). I know this UA replay has been notoriously hard to find on video in the past, I'm hoping that's not the case this time. I know the play can be disjointed since the players aren't used to each other, but there are a lot of prospects I want to see.

Flo has the rights this year, so I’m hoping replay will be more available, given what we pay for it.

Will they have a roster with the uniform number? I'm looking forward to going to this match but admittedly not so good at knowing what the players look like (especially since I'm in the upper deck.)

Excited to see Gorum play.
If what i read is correct she didn't start playing VB until 10th grade and yet made senior ace of #50?!!!
She might end up being something special....has touched as high as 10'8" and consistently touches 10'4

Dennis has an article about next year.
Team is going to Europe in June.
And he lists Gorum as an OH. Hmm.

They always have a roster for the UA match. But it’s general admission, so you will be able to sit low. They usually have the crowd sit all on one side.
