<VENT> Doubles are legal on first contact....
I can't believe how many different webcast/radio announcers I've heard complain when an obvious double wasn't called on first contact but especially on serve receive. And even more frustrating is when the technical commentator doesn't just correct them.
It's only been that way for 4 years now? Seriously, there should be a minimum requirement.
