Key stat of the match: total blocks, Wisconsin 18.5 , Loyola 3. Loyola outdug the Badgers, had a couple more kills I think, contained Shaw, and served pretty tough, but the Badger block won this one. Loyola had 36 hitting errors, most either into the block or trying to avoid it. The Badgers will need to run their offense more effectively to beat Notre Dame's block, but the Irish will have to do the same to score on Wisconsin.

I think the Badgers are going to demolish the Irish.
Anyway, the curse of Ty after being fired this past week will put a jinx on ND teams for many years to come.
