Wisconsin is a strong and physical team but I'd like to think we can hang with them, even at their best. Well, at Wisconsin's best, they took Minnesota in 5. They are a very athletic team that plays very inconsistantly. However, I still like their chances. Bik, obviously Wisconsin will have their hands full with Hawaii, they're supposed to being the lower seeded team. But thanks for stating the obvious.

And obviously, Hawaii will have its hands full with Wisconsin as well. Right now the Badgers are playing as well as anyone in the country, didn't lose a game this first round, and exhibited a mental toughness that I wasn't aware was part of this team's makeup. Their victory in the first game against Notre Dame, rallying from a deficit of 29-23 and surviving nine game points by ND to win 36-34 was incredible, especially when you consider the youth of this team. I know Hawaii has some young players as well, who have responded so far.
But I don't think the Badgers will fold if the pressure gets turned up. Not after that game. Both of these teams will need to bring their A games.
Incidentally, I did write earlier that I believed the Wahine would not survive this last weekend. I was wrong, they made it. Congrats to them for exhibiting their own brand of mental toughness.

Yeah. Bomber you are entitled to your opinion. I think anybody not expecting a tough, mentally draining match is sorely mistaken. It will be battle where either team must come through in the crucial moments like Wisconsin against Notre Dame in Game 1.
