I just got a message that stated that Bill Kolinske will not be allowed to play AVP Events. However Miles Evans is able to play. No reason given in the message. Interesting stuff. Billy claims to have not ever campaigned against the AVP but obviously that would be his perspective. I wonder who will sacrifice a good team point total to play with Miles.

I just tried firing through his facebook but it is hard on a cell phone, but I am pretty sure he had a big lengthy post (written or video) talking about why the contract was bad and how he would not be participating. On the other hand I can not recall Miles ever speaking out against the AVP and just continuing to play with Billy. The only other male I can remember voicing their opinion other than Walsh-Jennings clan was Page and he has fallen off the volleyball universe.

This is accurate, Billy was VERY vocal about his distain for the AVP's contract which limited where he could play, etc. It's not surprising he's been banned by Sun, was de facto leader of the coup as it were. This is actually great news for the sport as Miles is one of our best young defenders due to his size and offensive prowess. Someone will pick him up and soon.

Also, OP, change this thread to include Kolinske as it's too confusing with Allen.

If I were Donald I would probably do the same thing, and letting Miles play is like an invitation to him to dump Billy, but its a mistake. How will this look to other players? Donald had to be a tough guy to get the contract signed, but he established he was willing to do that, why aggravate player relations over this?
Phil, Jake, Theo, Tri and Trevor, those are the only players I am virtually certain would not drop their defender for Miles. I don't necessarily think the others would, but they should probably pick up the phone and hear him out if he calls. If he wants AVP only and sticks with Billy on the FIVB its probably Piotr or Troy.
If its a breakup I think Ryan would be his best option, but they just medalled

If its a breakup I think Ryan would be his best option, but they just medalled It doesn’t make sense to swap partners between domestic and international play. Only in cases like Brandie Wilkerson whose partner Heather Bansley cannot play on the AVP, then it makes sense to play with whoever is available when the AVP schedule does not conflict with the FIVB’s.

Piotr should absolutely be talking to Billy, Santos should as well. Not sure how their points add up but Miles has some from AVP America. Miles will be an AVP player of note, Billy is hosed, they were never going anywhere special together.

This for sure, Billy is the one who's hosed here as he was the weaker of the pair, Miles is the jewel. Billy's volleyball days are numbered.

Just remember, we all called you foolish when you took this stance for nothing in the end. Well, actually for a banning it appears.

And you all thought Kerri rules the universe. Once again me may own the AVP, but he’s still as AHole!! She wanted to rule the volleyworld but failed. It's a shame she didn't have a better sense of how realistic her plan was. Unfortunately for Bill, he bought in and alienated himself from the AVP with his words and actions. This shouldn't be a surprise.

And you all thought Kerri rules the universe. Once again me may own the AVP, but he’s still as AHole!! And in comes Kerri with pro P90 crap. Billy's beach volleyball career is toast now along with Page, Travis can't cover the sport he loves. Your legacy is truly remarkable.
