Jim Croce trivia is not going to be a strength for me, but there's something about a junkyard dog. That's a different song. Bad, bad, Leroy Brown, The baddest man in the whole damn town Badder than old King Kong And meaner than a junkyard dog But he later "learned a lesson about a-messin' with the wife of a jealous man". The two songs are quite similar in theme though. Basically, no matter how big and mean and nasty you are, you still have to be careful about making the wrong enemies.

When I was a kid I thought "the two men took to fighting" was "two men took to fight him" and the corresponding ass-kicking was a lesson in thinking your way around a problem as opposed to the jealous man lesson actually intended

Theon does not count. Not a son. Not adopted, either. Something between a ward and a hostage, really.

Joe Walton died at birth. There was another one who died? There was a miscarriage.

I always thought the Waltons were from rural West Virginia. Of course, when the show aired, I was but a wee lad and didna bother with the finer details. Anyway, they were from Virginia.

8. Howard and Marion Cunningham Chuck, Richie, JoanieI had absolutely no recollection of there ever being an older Cunningham kid. After a quick google search, I learned that he's even memorialized in the phrase "Chuck Cunningham Syndrome" used to describe when a show simply drops a character with no explanation whatsoever. Well, I've learned my "something new" for the day. I guess I'll coast from here on out. He "went to college", and then pretty soon everyone just stopped talking about him.

Basketball trivia
Who were the first three basketball players to go directly from high school to the pros (American).
(Hint: #1 went to ABA; #2 and #3 went to NBA)
(Another hint: the first two names are well known, but the third is not.)
