Of the Four teams left only one is a top seed, the #4 seed at that. Who will win it all now that previous favorite Nebraska is out? Will it be Minnesota comming from two tough 5 game matches, will it be Washington who's been #1 for most of the teams, will it be USC who dismissed favorite Nebraska, will it be Stanford, who's on a roll?

Well, USC is proving that it's gonna take a great team to keep them from a 3 peat. I like USC to get to the finals. There, they will meet Stanford. Unless Morrison gets healthy, I don't see Washington beating Stanford. Even then, I still like Stanford. Not sure anyone can stop Ogonna at this point and she is the best player left, though we mustn't forget about Ms. December, Keao. This is her time of year and she always shines at the Final 4. Ogonna vs. Keao in the finals will be fun to watch, should that happen. I like Stanford to win in 5.

They cleaned our clock up in Seattle and I am not sure if there is any more Burnham Pavilion magic left. They are just so strong in every position and they don't make a lot of mistakes. I am also reminded that Washington beat Stanford in four last year in Long Beach... I hope that it will not be a repeat. The one thing that I know for sure is different is that our floor defense has vastly improved and so has our setter position. Either way, it's going to be a war. One step at a time ladies.

The Gophers will win it all of course! How much better could it get to have so so many hotly contested 5 game matches in the regionals this year? Elite 8: Washington 3-2 over UCLA USC 3-2 over Nebraska Minnesota 3-2 over Ohio State Sweet Sixteen: Ohio State 3-2 over Tenessee Minnesota 3-2 over Georgia Tech Wisconsin 3-2 over Hawaii For the weekend 6 of the 12 matches go 5 games, another 3 go to 4 game, and only 3 sweeps.

Right now I see USC and Stanford playing for the national championship.
USC and Stanford seem to be the hottest teams right now and USC is definitely on a high after knocking off top-ranked and top-seeded Nebraska. And Stanford Ogonna looks unstoppable. If Ogonna gets the help she needs Stanford will definitely roll into the championship game.

I agree. I think it will be Stanford and USC in the final but I don't have a prediction as to who will win.
