Maybe not. A lot of belief that Miller will be a non-scholarship player. If so, she will not sign a NLI. Also the school cannot make an annoucement about her until she "officially" accepts an offer to attend Texas. Official acceptance of an offer to attend UT typically involves some sort of tuition down payment. |
