Capri Davis signs with Texas.... I figured she would transfer but Texas is loaded on the pins! This doesnt make sense It makes plenty of sense based on what she endured at Nebraska, and based on her friendships with several Longhorn players.
She knows the roster depth as she joins the Texas program, and I'm sure she will compete for playing time. Bottom line is that with Micaya's departure, we have one starting pin spot that is up for grabs. 2020 Madison Williams tore her ACL last month; so, her recovery comes first over expecting her to contribute immediately at Texas in 2020. 2020 verbal commitment Melanie Parra has not signed; while all signs point to her signing, it hasn't happened yet.

Nice get for Texas. I would far from say they are loaded at the pins. They have Eggleston, Fields, And williams next year for sure. Possibly Para. Davis should compete for a spot. There’s also Phillips too who may be looking at the OPP position if O’neal stays in the middle. We may see a 6-2 from Texas next year |
