What does a serve have to do with this? I meant ball or attack. I was thinking of an analogy when a player tries to dodge a serve on the way out. It seems that the coach's argument might have been that if the ball touches the player, even on the other side of the net, it happens before the ball is dead. Don't agree with that argument necessarily, but it's obvious he wasn't challenging a simple net touch. Gotcha, sorry, was confused

"Amazing that these in-state rivals both have 2 6ro outsides" says announcer guy
Both teams run a 6-2, there are only so many subs. I just can't with these two anymore

I understand tradition but games are getting too long. Play to 19, put the game on a clock... something because this is not tv friendly

I still trying to decide who would be the tougher match up for Florida in next round. This is a great match, and both teams are solid on the block and play scrappy floor defense.
On to 5th set.

The average college volleyball game lasts less than two hours (probably closer to 90 minutes). Even five-set matches usually stay under two hours. The average college basketball game is two hours and 10 minutes.
