So rooting for UCSB to upset Texas. Tired of seeing Texas anywhere near the finals. I'd also like to add Stanford, Nebraska, and Penn State. My wife went to Stanford but she doesn't give a rat's arse about sports so I'm good. I want to see new teams in the finals. Minnesota, Washington, BYU, Utah...

I hope Ruddins goes off in this match. Not sure if UCSB will do any damage, but if Ruddins and Froley are clicking, this could be more competitive than I would originally have suspected. I like a real competitive match, but Texas has more talent and for once a lot of heart...................Texas wins 3-1

Minnesota, Washington, BYU, Utah... I want different new teams (except Utah). If we're getting new blood, get teams that have never been to the final four. So, e.g, in the PAC-12: Oregon, Oregon State, Washington State, Arizona State, Utah, or Colorado.

I will say that UCSB's fans are exceptionally loud. YES WE ARE!I was actually impressed with the amount of cheering that came from behind their bench compared to the amount of fans present! Also one fan was a big fan of whistling, and did so loudly and often.

But I'd like to see some new teams win the actual title, and I have no issue if it's a team like Minnesota or BYU or Illinois or Wisconsin that has come close but hasn't actually pulled it off yet. If anything, I might prefer that to an upstart champion. Edit: also, Oregon has been to the Final Four (they lost to Texas in the title match in 2012).

I'd prefer a completely new team make it to the Final Four and win it all. If Stanford isn't going to keep the crown, I want chaos.

But as a fan of one of those teams who have gotten close, I'm sympathetic to all of them.
