Seems to me NE might be a good fit for her. She could get playing time behind Sun in 2020, but then Sun graduates. She would have to compete with Zuhn and other freshman. If her dream is to make the national team, no place better than NE for that. Would she be able to beat out a freshman Krause? Does that factor in to her decision making as well? She could play RS where she is very good at this time as well. She could also play middle as a freshman if warranted. Sophie Fischer is the real deal. She could play any position she wanted with the right development. If she goes to PSU or MN we will rues the day we missed out on her. gotta have players like her on your team.

Then she should be a Husker and you are right, I'm tired of Molly Haggerty beating up on us and we have to have it another year. LOL

LOL Haggerty isnt beating anything but the lottery... the luck of scoring the OH position next to rettke and a setter named Hilley??? Put Haggerty on the same side of the net, next to schwarzenblock and people would still think her backs broke.

No expert, but some have suggested Krause will need further development, possible red shirt year. If so, 2021 will be super competitive. Curious if Stuthiet will be developed as MB or OH. Anyone have any insight?

Does Stutheit stay all 4-5 years? I just do not see her getting much time on the court.

The only thing that may change that is if Nebraska brings in Fischer and develops her on the left pin, or if they bring in a seasoned transfer in the meantime. Krause will be the best pin prospect Nebraska has recruited in a long time. Obviously, that doesn't count Foecke's development, but where she was entering the program. Krause is also a better prospect than Kubik who I think will develop into a Husker great by the time she graduates.

I was confused and was referring to Meyer the 2020 recruit as maybe needing more development, from what i have heard (no direct knowledge). For sure Krause is a volleyball phenom.
