So Morgan will be our libero, Iosia will be the DS for Capri, and Sydney will be the DS for Skylar? [br That's what I believe will happen unless Capri or Skylar are ready for 6 rotations but if not then our backcourt defense AKA "the littles" will be a great trio.

If we DS both Capri and Sky, doesn’t that limit our ability to send in a blocking sub for Jhenna? If she keeps the starting setter spot, that is, we wouldn’t have enough substitutions per set, right? Which give/take does Coach Elliott choose?

I would expect slim to none. Iosia’s defense/passing in right back is much more needed than backrow offense IMO especially if no Parra this season to sub in for Davis or play 6 rotation OH with Logan. I really don’t think Davis is gonna hit over parra, Parra had no problem at all when she played at the U20 championships against the USA team who had basically all collegiate players with big blocks, she was arguably the best OH on the floor that match... Davis is great sometimes but never fully proved herself at Nebraska, so many people are counting Parra out it blows my mind she literally has shown she can hang with some of the best national teams in the world.

Looks like Williams is practicing. The lower right picture is the most encouraging one.

Williams practicing gives me hope we won’t be completely hosed if we have any injuries. I was ready to draw out a diagram that had Brionne on the pins and Ashley Shook coming in to play right side. I know it was a panic moment, but our depth being this thin is nerve wracking.

More specifically during the match at Baylor where White and Fields were subbed out due to cramps in the 5th set.

Who came in for those two and produced at a serviceable level?
