South Carolina is improving and Whitesides is a really solid OH. KYLA MANNING 6 Double Doubles ....Whitesides 1 Double Double. Did anyone say Manning wasn't good? Just because I didn't mention her in the same sentence, doesn't mean anything against her. She's a 5th year senior, I would certainly hope she could out perform the freshman who has had limited court time in a pandemic year. Whitesides is performing well under the circumstances and is going to be a big piece of South Carolina's future. I mean, I get it. You don't like Whitesides. Whatever. But it's a bit more unclear why you keep quoting this post, in particular? You're certainly not making much of a point.

Please, tell me what metric? ....She certainly gets opportunities to stat pack, I'm talking about quality of play at the position. Which in this case is 6 rotations.....Passing blocking serving etc. This game is fundamentals and technique. Some (right on cue) would disagree with you... Carolina was fortunate to land her. She headed to NC State until they fired their coach. She played at the same club as Thayer Hall. I'm proud of both them because as good as they are at volleyball they are even better people.

Outside Hitters should be able to keep in-system on 67% of our passing attempts. - be able to attack in-system at 44% efficiency. - be able to attack out-of-system with 25% efficiency. - be able to attack out of the back row at 33% efficiency. -be able to dig 50% of balls hit to their defensive area. -be able to limit our opponents to 35% efficiency -be able to dig 50% of balls hit to their defensive area. - be able to set positive 80% of our setting attempts. -be able to serve our opponents into trouble at 45% Smart shot selection. Where can we buy a few of these? Haha

Edit: and I’m talking on a national level She doesn't fulfill the 'criteria' in OOS hitting, good pass % or serving. Jordan Larson doesn't meet these arbitrary standards! The post is ridiculous.

Is that real life? I mean I try to not jut in on these things but the claim that an OH should obtain metrics pulled out of someone’s ass is hilarious. Begs the question, how does an OH single handedly hold an opponent to a set hitting percentage?
