So is it known that those three are skipping the spring Big Ten/NCAA season, and if so why? Professional opportunities? They've likely completed their degrees and are moving on to post-college life. Can't fault them if that's the case.

Ok, that would make sense ... but isn't at the very least Orr a gifted player? If so, I'm sure they could work it out where she could either start grad school there or just take an extended amount of credits (nothing wrong with that), and maintain her scholarship. Only talking about an extra semester.
Unless she(they) have professional opportunities to play that would be better to focus on now instead of playing for Iowa in the spring, or unless there is some kind of grad transferring opportunity elsewhere?
I'm making things up out of thin air. Wondering aloud.

Hmmmm...anyone have scoop on what this exciting B1G news might be? Looks like this may have been about MB Toyosi Onabanjo from Houston - 2021 Iowa commit. Welcome to the Hawkeye family, Toyosi!

Congratulations to three 2021 Hawk volleyball commits: Sydney Dennis, Jenna Splitt and Toyosi Onabanjo. Noticeably missing here is stud OH Lauren Schrock, who is Dennis' teammate at Mount Vernon HS. Noticed that the reference to her being an Iowa vball commit is no longer on Schrock's Twitter. Hmmm...significant loss to our OH corps, if we have lost her to another program. But, we sure have great MB depth! GO HAWKS! hawkeyesports.com/news/2020/11/12/volleyball-adds-3-for-2021/

And looks like 6'1" OH Addie VanderWeide from Grand Rapids, MI has committed to the Hawks for 2021. VanderWeide is 3rd team AVCA Under Armour HS All-American and was previously uncommitted. Sounds like great get for Iowa, especially this late in the 2021 recruiting game. Welcome, Addie and best of luck to Lauren, too.

Thank you for posting this. I continue to just find Coach Brown so very impressive. Proud to have her leading our program.

I just got caught up on the news that Bri Orr and Halle Johnston have moved on. Those are tough losses. Just when you think things may turn around in Iowa City, there's another set back.
