I do really like this class of commits--Coach will have to add from the portal to supplement I would think. Dominique Phills is the only one not mentioned. I believe non scholarship athletes have to be accepted by admissions before they can be announced. She posted about signing day with Iowa gear so it seems like a formality. |

I do really like this class of commits--Coach will have to add from the portal to supplement I would think. The video on the Hawaiian player is really impressive. With the possible senior departures, I count at least 3 scholarships for the portal. (Maybe more) Couple middles, an outside and prob a Libero. |

I know we need to pass better and have better location on sets. Clearly these two things are often linked, but each needs to independently improve. |

I think this is probably pretty close. I know we need to pass better and have better location on sets. Clearly these two things are often linked, but each needs to independently improve. A middle & libero are definitely needed. I would also add setter to the list. Kaia is a good athlete but hasn't shown she's ready. Jenna Meitzler has the size but relying on a freshman is asking for trouble. |

Congrats Hawkeyes on amazing get! She will be exciting to watch This video is awesome. Looks like a tremendous player. The video only provides a partial view of her play. While a southpaw, she can hit from the left as well as the right, and is deadly from the back row. Wicked jump serve with movement. But, she needs work on serve receive to be a 6 rotation hitter.
