What year are we in? Y2K? Cause Aury Cruz is still pushing! Go girl! Valdez and Rivera from the DR has been around as long as she has too.

Turkey has a really good track record against Poland recently and may match up well, but player-for-player I like Poland's team better (particularly as Smarzek and Stysiak continue to develop) despite Turkey being considered the favorite. It should be an interesting and competitive match.

Turkey looks pretty meh to me. Also, Karakurt moves so weird lol. Anyways, nice to see Belgium put up a fight. Their libero had a few stretches of poor play.

Poland will go to finals. Turkey looks so inconsistent.

They’ve had results above the level of their personnel the past few years, but it appears this week (so far) at least that the magic may be running out. We’ll see how it goes. They beat Poland at Euros like 4 months ago, but that was at home, they were on fire then, and Stysiak is getting better constantly.

Wolosz is arguably the best setter in the world right now. Turkey is famous for being inconsistent. Either way they were playing either Poland or the Netherlands on the cross over. Now the Netherlands vs. Germany should be a cracking good match. I think Germany is playing better at the moment.

Canada down 0-1, had a 18-14 lead in set two and are now down 19-20 🙄
Not watching this one bc I don’t wanna have to pay for a three day event, but following along the stats. Puerto Rico appears to have a more spread out offense, while Canada is relying on Gray with 10 kills right now. Joseph has yet to get a kill
