I agree with nearly all of that. Your assertion was it was more than you expected. There were people they targeted who checked those boxes AND have exceptional records as college HEAD coaches. Lots of egos that did not settle well with the administration. To be fair, the administration also did not paint themselves in the best light during this process. |

Oh, I entirely agree on that as well. But it was just one cluster after another over there. Hence my comment that Jen is a far better hire than I expected. |

Assuming this will be her first full week in Columbus, staffing has to be a top priority. Who does she get...or, what kind of staff does she need to help her get the program back to the tournament and maintain their recruiting hot streak?

The roster page has been updated and the 2 assistants (Susan Halverson-Maloney and Ben Spurlock) are no longer listed. They were listed earlier this week when Jen was added to the page. No player changes as of yet.
