Good gritty win from Condgliano 15-9. I’m glad they got this test and hopefully Novara keeps pushing them so they’re ready for Vakifbank.
Novara may be the second best team in Europe this year.

Egonu with 47 points. The only other Imoco player with double digits was Sylla with 19. Top scorer for Novara was Smarzek with 20 but much more balanced from them.

Anyone else think Italy doesn't have the VNL in the bag? I don't think that's always the case. Novara sweeps this match if they stay composed. Plus Egonu won't have Wolosz on her side. |

Italy's success hinges on Sylla/Pietrini imo (whoever the OH1 is). If they can pass well enough then Italy should honestly be the best team in the world. |

Don't forget their middles. I mean, it feels like Italy is stacked at every position. Question is, how will they play as a team? They really need the VNL to build cohesion.
Poor U.S.A. is still trying to figure out their libero and their playing style, and, and, and...
