I think that at this point for the 2024, colleges had their big *watch* list heading into club season, but it wasn't going to be until this club season that the narrowing really started to occur.

So much room for growth, both physically and skill wise. There would be more talk if the whole season happened.

In 2024, I'll be 60 and, most likely, I'll have bigger fish to fry. I doubt it.

I really haven’t heard much but Lauren Harden and Skyler Pierce are tall and look like they are getting some attention. Out of the Southeast, you can basically take a look at the entire A5 Helen 14-1 team. They are all amazing. There is also a good setter with great hands and an amazing serve that is getting a few looks already out of a neighboring club in Atlanta 575. We watched her play at an A5 touney earlier this year and have seen her name and videos pop up around the area. She was fun to watch.

I have a couple of kids playing in SoCal club. You can see kids in 2024, 2025 and even 2026 that have a immense trajectory. I won't name names, but the scouts know these kids. Many are A1 HP, many are over 6 foot at 12 and can move. It's not like they come out of a cocoon at 15 or something, they are right there in the gym.

This list reads like prep volleyball talked to the top clubs and let them pick the players. Some of the strongest SoCal players in 2024 are not included. As an example, only wave, mizuno, coast, SG elite and supernova have players in SoCal on this list. At this age, the talent is still spread out among all the various clubs, top tier or not.

Yeah, there are a few SG Elite and Tstreet kids (and now K2) who should be on this list and 2 or 3 Vegas girls I'd add (but I'm biased there). But it's still a hard class to rank right now.

Your story sounds like there is a lot more to it, and that it is a lot more interesting than my story. I like fried fish, and there is this miraculous place right down the street that will actually catch it AND cook it for me, without having to travel to the South Pacific, the North Atlantic or anywhere else. I just show up.

Thats exactly how I read it as well. I agree quite a few were left off this list. Too early to tell, but after a little looking anyone can tell this is just a top tier club list with the USAV list sprinkled in. It's a safe play, as they openly said they have not seen many/if any of these kids play. The list will change quite a bit over time. Still very early for this group as they never really got into the heart of their club season and most of the Freshman that play HS will be pushed to the spring anyway.

Some great hits! She could be top recruit if she plays all around and develops defense skills. That would be our personal advise if she is not 6’5 as MB.
