Such a great get for Bucky!!! Congrats, WI fans! Dude, nothing's confirmed yet. You’ve got a confirmed verbal from a great player. I didn’t name her. But you got a good one.

She's an ambitious MB and I think she wants to go where there is a history of great MBs. But I don't have super inside scoop, just a little talking here and there. I haven't had a great record of predicting, but just like gambling, I am trying my luck with this one. She certainly doesn't need to give a reason for why she'd choose to go to Wisconsin - but saying that the program has a history of great MB's seems like a stretch, especially when compared to other programs. Beyond Rettke, who is a generational talent and would have been an elite MB at ANY school, Wisconsin's history at MB development doesn't look particularly standout. True. Rettke is a generational talent. But in the relatively confined Sheffield era…Nelson, Williams, and Hart. All AA mention or better, for Wisconsin.

Charlie Fuerbringer to Wisconsin. You were worrying about getting a elite setter. You get a top setter from California to boot. A new territory for a top player. It appears she isn’t worried about very cold weather and snow.

I do not know, but my guess is Ayden (sp?) Ames. I'm going to double down and say that Ayden will commit next to WI.

We’re about to see. Reyes tweeted a ‘boom’ and many are assuming it’s Ames

As there is a lull in the Ames watch here I want to add a completely different perspective. Some of these PSAs will end up at Stanford...and yet for us SU followers (and a former SA myself) we will be waiting for Stanford Admissions to formally accept our future recruits. Kinda like watching glaciers melt or escargot races. We miss out on this fun.

Yeah but we know if a top rated player nationally isn’t a verbal commitment to a institution by January of their junior year in high school, said player is Stanford bound. My time frame could be wrong but you get the picture and the young woman is one of just a few left who hasn’t committed.

Eh, we do all right (nine National Championships: two more than PSU; four more than NEB). It is slow!

Different sport, different gender. That's why I can categorically state that a snail race can seem to go faster. BUT it was worth the wait!
