On a side note, every national team should watch the first finals game to see how Jiangsu defend Zhu and LYY. They kept their hittin percentages to a level no national teams could at 2019 World Cup The setter is different...

Tbh I'm uncomfortable with these allegations. Not saying that they are completely false... it's just that if Tianjin faced Shanghai instead of Jiangsu in the finals and lost Game 1, will they pull off that trick on Larson? No, because the rotation doesn't match up. It's usually the setter and MB blocking pos 4 I don't know for sure if Li did it intentionally (I've watched the video replay and don't see anything funny) but if there's been 6 injured already then it's a habit she needs to change. International commentators have suggested to change the rules such that stepping on the midline is not permitted. To summarize, the video and other events make me think that it's an accident, but why would it happen with Li six times?

Li Yingying put her foot under Diao at the last point of set 1 and sent Diao off court and game and maybe season. Gotta admire Tianjin, they always know how to win Can't wait until China uses this strategy in the Olympics too <3 Don't say these things, it's one player.

still pretty problematic.... Yeah, problematic for Li. who plays for china. It’s not a generalization it’s just that the team she plays for she isn’t gonna injure our players when we are playing Brazil lol. It’s when we play China that she might

Just that someone saying they are expecting China might do something like that aren’t wrong because the player who does it plays for China.

They can't be wrong when there's absolutely no support for their claim. It's just silly (and I think the OP knows this/said it flippantly) to suggest that China is going to resort to dirty tactics because one player has a habit of stepping over the line.

She was genuinely concerned about her NT teammate, I don't think there was any foul play. Yao Di bump set that ball fast and kind of close to the net. Similar situation to Tandara when she landed on Duan Fang's (Liaoning) foot. Another player who had a few run in's with her foot crossing the line. It wasn't on purpose, it was an accident. She was crying the whole time she visited Tandara at the hospital. If I'm not mistaken Lang Ping spoke about this situation saying that clubs need to put more emphasis on safety and that they need to correct a players form early on.

I think Duan Fang did correct her form later.
Before, she looked like a long jump athlete with her 6m runup
