Hoping for no upsets in the first round and some major slugfests in the quarters Just the opposite for me. I love upsets. Do you really want to watch the same teams in the semis and finals every week?

First point of the match and April hits on two off a perfect Alix dig. At this point I’m convinced the A Team is just messing with us.

Looks like the A Team has the Champions Cup bonus money wrapped up with a 3rd place or better finish. MHPavs and Brandie/Sara are battling it out for 2nd/3rd. Their expected matchup later today will likely decide that unless one of them can beat the A Team tomorrow.

Slight problem for the ATeam. They're down 12-15 in Set 2 and calling a timeout now... It was 10-11 at tech timeout.
Hitting percentage is now lower than the opposing team. Can they comeback and finish in two or does a tiebreak happen...?

April serves just out. She’s no longer jump serving. So back down 18-19

Alix throws the ball back at the net. They get match point freeze. 20-19

Slaes up 15-6 with already the first set won against Day/Fendrick. A disaster would have to happen for them to lose this one.
ATeam win by the slimmest of margin in Set 2 21-19, despite being down past the latter half of the second set.

Claes/Sponcil trying to give the 1st set away, Second set looks much better than the end of the first. Classic rope a dope!

I feel like this has been a disappointing summer for Stolinske. They were playing really well at the end of last summer. Not only have they not not been able to gpast the Slaes hump, but they just haven't got results they probably wanted/needed either.
