who is the dude playing with the white team? Practice squad guy Is it normal for scrimmages to have one side be the starting lineup? I thought they would equally spread them across two teams, red has a good advantage with the way they're spread.

Yeah I can't say I watch many scrimmages but yes I am going to guess the vast majority do it this way. It's about practicing/working as a unit. Not for "fairness"

Wow The setting on white is ROUGH. Lauren looks very not rusty though. A couple of bombs and good blocking.
