I would think Kraft-Maple move up to 3 or 4 quickly. But Joy?

I probably can’t get away from work, but is anyone planning to see if they’ll allow spectators from the garage this Thursday? Even if they somehow restrict the garage, the street allows for good viewing (unshaded though).

I think it's just nonsense to state Harward "publicly criticized her teammates". Here is exactly what she said at the 12:40 mark. volleytalk.proboards.com/thread/81581/hailey-harward-scoles-waupaca-champs Geez, must every word that comes out of athlete's mouth be this artificial, robotic, team building, only 100% positive, brainwashed BS? She praised her teammates and expressed an opinion that their focus should have shifted from "getting better" to "winning". OMG. People can listen to it and and decide for themselves. That was really more of sarcasm on my end especially with some of the comments towards Harward in the USC Beach 2020 thread after that interview. I have no issues with what she said about her teammates, if you go to that thread that was the main argument that people used against her. I want to see what others have to say about her now especially with the vague comments, such “that’s what I’ve heard” ... As far as the other things, experience, growth etc .. I guess we’ll see what happens this season when everyone is “rusty” and has had about the same amount of time off. No big deal. I just hate to see a rumor like that attach itself to a player if it's not warranted. These things can follow you around for years.

Best Team Ever 1. Tina Graudina - Joy Dennis !2. Haley Hallgren - Sammy Slater 3. Hailey Harward - Julia Scoles 4. Nicole Nourse - Audrey Nourse 5. Megan Kraft - Delaynie Maple Harper Hallgren, Maja Kaiser, Olivia Bakos, Paige Dreeuws, Mollie Ebertin I think in this scenario that #3 could beat #1 and 2#. To put Harward/Scoles in perspective, they beat the same AVP Pro team twice this past year and that team was around the 15th ranked team in country. One that placed 7th in the Manhattan Open. And Kraft/Maple lost pretty early at the Boat Ride to another college pair from Hawaii/Cal.

Disagree, Joy has not proven to win, Halgren can win and so can the Nourse twins and Scoles is very strong. Kraft is a good player and Kraft without Maple may be the better call, Kraft with Halgren or Scoles with Halgren.

Only downside is having to break up Maple/Kraft but looks like a very reasoned line up.
