Correct but as I predicted a couple weeks ago, Illinois state has best chance to win conference. Even with two wins by Missouri over Bradley, Illinois state controls destiny. Bradley has an up hill climb. but you claimed that the teams were in "first place", which is not true. conference tournament seeding will be rather weird when some team(s) have played 4 fewer conference matches than others.

SIU has clinched the bottom spot in the standings, and Evansville has clinched the 9th place spot. So the other 8 teams have all qualified for the conference tournament, since they bumped it to 8 teams this year. And it doesn't sound like any of the "postponed" matches will be made up at all.
As the previous poster mentioned, Illinois State (9-3, .750) has the highest win percentage (they cancelled 4 matches), and they finish up the regular season at SIU, so they'll likely remain the #1 seed.
Drake (10-4, .714) sits in second (they had 2 matches cancelled), and finish the season at Loyola Bradley (11-5, .688) sits in third, and finishes hosting UNI. Missouri State (9-5, .643) sits in fourth (they had 2 matches cancelled), and they finish at Indiana State. Valpo (9-7, .563) is in fifth, and they finish at Evansville.
Loyola and UNI are tied for 6th (7-7, .500), with each of them having had 2 matches cancelled. Loyola finishes hosting Drake, while UNI finishes at Bradley.
And Indiana State rounds out the conference tournament teams, currently sitting in 8th (7-9, .438), finishing by hosting Missouri State.
Since there aren't any byes in this year's MVC tourney, I'm not sure seeding matters quite as much. Especially considering any of those 8 teams could beat any of the others on any given day, depending on teams/players getting hot (or cold), or players being out due to injury or covid protocol.

Things can still change but tough season for UNI and Loyola. They should have been better, they have talent. Yes they are young but hopefully they learn from this season for the fall.

I (as a UNI fan) am just bummed to see UNI's streak of 39 consecutive non-losing seasons get broken (unless they were to beat Bradley twice, then win the MVC tournament, which would put them at 12-11, and their likely loss in the first round of the NCAA tournament would put them at an even .500 at 12-12; which isn't going to happen)

I am sad Bradley is no longer in first place, but still a good women's sports season. I hope they can win the league tournament and make it a great one.

final regular season standings ended up as follows: #1 Illinois State (11-3). kinda lame that the team that has twice as many cancelled matches (4) as anyone else gets the championship, but their cancelled matches were against the teams that finished tied for 6th, so I suppose they likely would have won most of those 4
Drake and Missouri State both finished with 11-5 records to tie for second., and their matches against each other were cancelled early in the season. The conference announced that Drake got the #2 seed for the conference tournament, with MSU getting the #3, but I'm not sure why. Normally in the case where two teams finished tied, and the tie isn't broken by head-to-head (in normal years, that would be because the teams split their head-to-head series), the tie is broken by a "power rating" where a road win over the #1 team in the standings gets 20 points, a home win over the #1 gets 19, a road win over #2 gets 18, a home win over #2 gets 17 and so on. My spreadsheet that tracks that "power rating" gave Missouri State a slight edge (74 to Drake's 72), but I might have something calculated wrong. Either that, or the conference abandoned that tiebreak this year and just used overall record, which IMO is rather lame. but anyway
Bradley finished at 12-6 to get the #4 seed Valparaiso finished at 10-8 to get the #5 seed
Loyola and UNI both finished 8-8 to tie for 6th. They split their head-to-head series. The conference gave Loyola the #6 seed, which could be because of overall record, though my "power rating" spreadsheet gave the Ramblers a 10 point edge over UNI, which gets the #7 seed.
Indiana State finished 7-11, giving them the final conference tournament spot with the #8 seed.
Evansville finished 5-13 which puts them at 9th in the standings, and Southern Illinois ending up at the bottom with a 1-17 conference record.

Normally the MVC takes the top 6 teams in the regular season standings for the conference tournament, with the top 2 seeds getting byes into the semifinals, and the two quarterfinal matches being played on Thanksgiving.
But this year, because of covid and everything, the conference had announced prior to the season that they were taking the top 8, with no byes. And now the four quarterfinal matches will be played on April Fools Day.
2020-21 MVC VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP SCHEDULE (times in Central Daylight Time) Thursday, April 1 Quarterfinal #1 – No. 1 Illinois State vs. No. 8 Indiana State, 11 AM (ESPN+) Quarterfinal #2 – No. 4 Bradley vs. No. 5 Valparaiso, 2 PM (ESPN+) Quarterfinal #3 – No. 2 Drake vs. No. 7 UNI, 5 PM (ESPN+) Quarterfinal #4 – No. 3 Missouri State vs. No. 6 Loyola Chicago, 8 PM (ESPN+)
Friday, April 2 Semifinal #1 – No. 1/8 winner vs. No. 4/5 winner, 2 PM (ESPN+) Semifinal #2 – No. 2/7 winner vs. No. 3/6 winner, 5 PM (ESPN+)
Saturday, April 3 Championship Match – Semifinal #1 Winner vs. Semifinal #2 Winner, 5 PM (ESPN+)

I would not want to play UNI right now so Drake getting #2 could be a disadvantage UNI is still Jekyll and Hyde, (sometimes both in the same set). Depending on how error prone they are (service errors, attack errors, serve reception errors). If they can avoid the errors, they can beat anyone in the conference. But they tend to rack them up in at least one or two sets of any given match.

how many teams in the MVC aren't a "beat anyone in the conference"
I'd say a healthy Illinois St is the clear favorite. A fully healthy ISU has lost 1 MVC match this season, in my count (to Valpo in 5)
The level after ISU is very similar.

Not surprisingly, in my preference of teams to win the tournament, it is 1. Bradley, 2. Loyola (Go Berkley!), 3. Anyone who is not Illinois State, 5823. Illinois State.
