yah- It does kinda affect my life. Sorry.. But, my relative is the young man who was "accused," and pointed out by the Duke player with ZERO evidence after a thorough investigation. So, yah... this type of deal does rub me the wrong way. You have no idea what he has gone through. But, oh well. You go ahead and think things are over with teams cancelling because of events that, according to real evidence, never happened. Bye Sorry, that was total BS. But just FYI I was banned twice the week of the incident for merely pointing out that the Duke player was clearly lying. So tread carefully. Only one viewpoint is allowed here, and it isn't the truth. “Clearly” lying?

I feel sorry for her enduring years of people looking up at this 6-3 woman and making some comment about how she's not actually all that little.

I would totally be interested. State games are so fun to watch and hear about with BYU recruits in the mix, of course.

Just amazed at the confidence you stated something you have no way of knowing.

Just amazed at the confidence you stated something you have no way of knowing. Well it's pretty obvious, to those of us with an IQ over room temperature.

The games on You Tube. Nothing happened. On top of that, there was a thorough investigation. Nothing happened. The only victim in all of this is the mentally challenged fella that was falsely accused.

Unfortunately we live in a society where certain topics you are guilty and even when facts state no wrong doing, you are still guilty.

Thought I'd post this, as it is the BYU thread. They released their official announcement of 2023 recruits today. Unfortuantely, it cuts off their heads on the twitter posts. I'm not that savvy with this sort of stuff, so I don't know if it's fixable or not. They're all half a head!
PROVO, Utah — BYU women’s volleyball head coach Heather Olmstead has announced the signing of six student-athletes to join the program for the 2023 season.
The Cougars’ 2023 recruiting class includes outside hitter Addison Benson, setter Silina Damuni, middle blocker Brielle Kemavor, middle blocker/opposite hitter Mia Lee, outside hitter Claire Little and libero Brielle Miller.
“We are excited to announce our 2023 recruiting class,” Olmstead said. “This class is special because they love the challenge of being a part of our first Big 12 class as our program ushers in new teams, places and experiences. They each have a love for BYU and a desire to be great not only on the court as a volleyball player, but off the court as they look to excel in the classroom, community and in their personal lives. This class brings athleticism, competitiveness, energy and a commitment to continue to work to be the very best they can be. We have high hopes for this class to make immediate impacts on our team.”

Audio hallucinations are indeed possible, I suppose. Like tourette syndrome, in reverse. Lol. As inviting as it sounds to argue with a brick wall on the internet, I'm content to be the guy on the side of common sense instead of gullible idiocy. Cheers,

So glad Pacific won't be a game we need to play in the future. It makes sense you're glad, since Pacific won the last match. How many times has Pacific won at Provo?

It makes sense you're glad, since Pacific won the last match. How many times has Pacific won at Provo? Maybe once in the Pacific glory days (I have no clue) but I wonder if they even played at Provo pre-WCC. Of course in this context, there’s not much value in playing Pacific again in terms of RPI. A win may not help or hurt you, stay neutral, but a loss sure as heck hurts. Plus, I wouldn’t be surprised to see that BYU has a high HCA advantage compared to others. I remember last year across all sports losing at home was a rarity for BYU athletics. Anyway, I don’t know if I’d want to play at Provo due to the likeliness to lose when discussing the future scheduling. But they also are never a hurt in RPI. At the same time, the accusations of BYU fans having harassing behavior isn’t isolated to the Duke incident that may or may not have happened. Not sure about other sports, but as far as men’s VB goes, BYU fans do not have a great reputation there. Not sure I think this will make a huge material difference, we’ll see.
